My Inspiration

I wrote a story one night before I went to bed, I thought it would help everyone here understand me more, I accept constructive criticism so say anything you want *My favorite teacher at my new school says its crap =( but the teacher mentioned below wouldn't*

So, I was trying to talk to god last night and as I started talking I realized something. I lost touch with my spirituality. Now that might sound weird but ever since I got a clue to my personal legend, I became engulfed in finding it on my own. Now the way I see it, what I really want right now is not to travel... but to find a new world.

They say the grass is always greener on the other side, but I don’t fully believe that. For me, its not so much opportunities are hard to come by, but they’re hard for me to grasp. So things for me tend to not go so well when I put my life on autopilot. Its not like I can’t "Steer" anywhere but I don’t want to "drive" in this world.

I decided I want to find a new world. What brought me to the descion of finding a new world is 3 things. One, a special teacher. Two, a special book. And Three, a special friend. At the time I didn't notice it but Shima was preparing me for pursuing my personal legend. He, through music, taught me how to be myself.

On the first day of school I found out that 9th period I had a psychology class with one of the schools toughest teachers. As you can guess I wasn’t very excited. This class seemed tough, Monday through Wednesday we watched a movie and then Thursday and Friday we wrote and essay on it. I learned more then the essence of film in that class, I learned I can be comfortable in school and things aren’t as hard when you break them down. Most of all I learned people care about me and that I can control my destiny. I finally felt like I could lead my life.

When I found out I had to go to residential school, I tried not to care. But my teacher saw right through it. She decided for a final project I should read a book, The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, this book changed my life. It made me feel like I have a purpose. Oh and if your wondering what this book is about that’s so amazing, the only word that can describe it... It’s about Life.

That may have been what awoke my passion for a new world, but I was not prepared. An old friend solved that problem. I met Shima while playing M&M, he helped me my first day and I wanted to join his guild... but he disappeared. Two weeks later when I quit my guild I saw him and asked to join .:Gazette:. . When I joined Shima showed me the forums, the banner looked like girls so I said, "Wow they're hot" and he said, "Dude those are guys..." for the next week I questioned my sexuality. I came to the conclusion I'm not gay, but Gazette looks like really hot chicks Wink. I listened to their music and fell in love with the song reila. For the next year I went on what I call, my neo Goth quest.

"The Neo Goth Quest" really taught me how to accept myself and stand up for myself. Shima had shown me I should do what I want and not care what people thought. Problem was.. I started this in residential School where they try to make you conform. He also showed me a life was not worth wasting. Which inspired me to get off my Prozac. After being off my Prozac even for a day, my suicidal thoughts stopped, most people didn’t believe it did but I can’t even think of ways to die. Self-acceptance led me to want to pursue my life.... thanks to Shima.

So finally ending this makes me feel closer to god. I want to thank her for letting me meet these people. I know I will meet more people who will help me on my path to my personal legend, so I'm keeping my eye on a few people who I think are inspiring.

See I like that, it lets me not have to worry about leveling *Cough*WoW* and I can get to end game fast, ofcourse then I can also reset and start over going slowly
